1 The Bankruptcy Committee shall create a register named the Bankruptcy Register for depositing what is stipulated in this Law. The Regulations
shall specify the content of the Bankruptcy Register and information to be included therein, procedures for updating, deleting, and accessing the
same, as well as other provisions necessary for the operation of the Register.
2 The content of the Bankruptcy Register shall be made available to the public.
