1 The Ministry shall, in coordination with relevant agencies, draft the Regulations which shall be issued pursuant to a resolution by the Council of
Ministers.
2 The competent authority shall issue regulations necessary for the regulated entities under its supervision in line with the nature of these entities.
Such regulations may include provisions that exempt these entities from being subject to certain provisions of this Law, or add additional
provisions, obligations, or requirements to the provisions of this Law.
