1- If the claims of creditors are disputed, the debtor shall appoint a listed expert approved by the court to estimate the value of such claims which
shall be included in the proposal to be voted on.
2- Subject to the court's approval, the proposal shall include claims of creditors not included in the proposal for reasons attributable to the
debtor.
