1 The court shall confirm the proposal upon verifying creditors’ acceptance thereof and its compliance with standards of fairness.
2 A creditor shall have the right to object to the proposal before the court during the confirmation hearing on the grounds that it does not meet the
standards of fairness if he votes against it, and if he reasonably believes that such proposal is prejudicial to his interests.
