The Competent Authority, for the purpose of supervising the Licensee and monitoring its activities, may take the following actions: 1. Take all necessary measures to verify the accuracy of the data submitted and the reports prepared by the Licensee. 2. Request any documents related to the Licensee and its activities during the validity period of the license. 3. Coordinate and follow up with relevant entities. 4. Perform supervisory functions to ensure the implementation of the provisions of these Rules.
