Obligations of Licensees Issuing Accreditation Certificates 1. The licensed entity shall submit a report on the evaluation of the issuance of accreditation certificates, including the fees for providing such services, in accordance with the mechanism and standards set by the Competent Authority. 2. The Licensee shall maintain complete, up-to-date, and auditable documentation, in accordance with the mechanism set by the Competent Authority, including the following: A. All accreditation applications received from Controllers and Processors. B. All assessments of accreditation applications. C. All issued accreditation certificates, including details of the entity to which the certificate was issued, the date of issuance, the expiration date, and all related documents. D. All decisions, justifications, and supporting evidence related to the revocation or renewal of accreditation certificates. E. Details of all relevant Licensee personnel who participate in assessing the suitability of a Controller or Processor for accreditation or who make decisions regarding the issuance, revocation, or renewal of accreditation certificates. 3. The Licensee shall submit periodic reports to the Competent Authority regarding entities whose accreditation certificates have been granted, revoked, or renewed, including the reasons for such actions. عام Document Classification: Public Chapter Five: General Provisions
