1. The license issued pursuant to these Rules shall be canceled in any of the following cases: A. The dissolution of the legal entity of the Licensee, in accordance with the Companies Law. B. Failure to obtain the approval of the Competent Authority prior to commencing acquisition or merger procedures with another Licensee. 2. The cancellation of the license shall not affect the validity of audit or inspection reports or accreditation certificates issued by the Licensee prior to the date of cancellation unless the Competent Authority finds that such work is unsound or incorrect.
