Licensees shall submit a renewal application to the Competent Authority at least ninety (90) business days
prior to the expiration date. Renewal shall be approved upon verification of the fulfillment of the license
requirements and conditions stipulated in Articles (3) and (4). The term of the renewed license shall be
the same as the initial term or as determined by the Competent Authority.
