1. The general assembly of a chamber shall, upon a call by the chairman of the
chamber, convene at least once a year within 90 days following the end of
the fiscal year.
2. A chamber general assembly may convene at the request of the board of
directors or by a request submitted by at least 5% of subscribers to the
chairman of the chamber, who shall call for a meeting within a period not
exceeding 30 days from the date of submission.
3. The Regulations shall determine the procedures and conditions for general
assembly meetings and the exercise of its powers.
4. Electronic means may be used to hold meetings and pass decisions in
accordance with the Regulations.
