1. If the number of nominees for membership of the chamber board of directors
does not exceed the number of seats allocated for elected members, the
election procedures shall be terminated and all candidates shall be deemed
elected by acclamation.
2. If the number of members elected by acclamation is less than the number of
seats allocated for elected members, the Minister shall issue a decision to
complete the number from among chamber subscribers who meet the
requirements specified in Article 16 of this Law.
