1. A chamber shall be established pursuant to a decision by the Minister within
each administrative province. Said decision shall specify the chamber’s seat
and territorial jurisdiction. The Minister may, upon a recommendation by the
Federation, approve the establishment of more than one chamber within the
same administrative province.
2. A chamber may, pursuant to a decision by its board of directors, establish
branches and offices in counties and districts within the province and its
territorial jurisdiction.
