If structures or plants on a land are made by the landowner using materials
owned by another person without his consent, said person may recover such
materials at the landowner’s expense if removal does not cause serious
damage to the land; if removal causes serious damage to the land, the
landowner shall retain such structures or plants against payment of the value
thereof and shall provide compensation, if applicable.
