1. In case of nullity of a contract, any person with interest may invoke such
nullity. The court may, upon its own motion, nullify said contract. Nullity shall
not be extinguished by ratification.
2. A claim for nullity shall not be heard upon the lapse of 10 years from the date
of concluding the contract. Any person with interest may demand the nullity
of the contract at any time.
