1. If the goods are lost or damaged, the person who receives the goods shall notify the carrier in writing of the same no later than one working day following the date of receipt; otherwise, it shall be presumed that the goods have been delivered in the condition set out in the bill of lading, unless evidence to the contrary is presented. If the loss or damage is not apparent, the notification shall be made within 15 days following the date of receipt. 2. The notification set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article is not necessary if the goods have been inspected and their condition has been recorded at the time of delivery in the presence of the carrier or his representative and the person who receives the goods.
