Any agreement concluded prior to the occurrence of any damage-causing accident shall be deemed void if the subject matter thereof includes one of the following: 1. Exempting the carrier from liability for the loss or damage to the goods. 2. Shifting the burden of proof this Law imposes on the carrier. 3. Assigning the rights arising out of insurance of goods in favor of the carrier.
