1. Employees to be appointed by a decision of the Minister shall detect and record any violations of
the provisions of this Law and shall have the capacity of preliminary investigation officers.
2. The Minister shall issue the rules governing the functions and duties of the employees referred to
in paragraph (1) of this Article.
3. The Minister shall issue the rules governing the remuneration of employees involved in the
detection and recording of violations provided for in this Law, in agreement with the Ministry of
Finance and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
