If it is established that a merchant has committed any of the violations provided for in Article 21 of
this Law, the committee may, in addition to or in lieu of the prescribed penalties, take any of the
following measures:
1. Issuing a warning notice to the merchant.
2. Compelling the merchant to take the necessary measures to avoid future violations.
3. Compelling the merchant to take the measures necessary to remedy the impact of the violation.
4. Issuing a decision to correct the data contained in the Commercial Register.
