Subscription in shares or ownership thereof shall imply that the shareholder
accepts the company’s articles of association and abides by the decisions
issued by shareholder assemblies in accordance with the provisions of this Law
and the company’s articles of association, whether he is present or absent, and
whether he approves or objects to such decisions.
