1. Company shares shall be issued against cash or in-kind contributions.
2. The paid amount of the value of shares issued against cash contributions
shall not be less than one quarter of the nominal value of said shares as
specified in the company’s articles of association. The paper or electronic
share certificate of an unlisted joint-stock company shall indicate the paid
amount of the value of shares. In all cases, the remaining amount shall be
paid within five years from the date on which the shares are issued.
3. Shares representing in-kind contributions shall be issued upon payment of
their full value; they may not be delivered to their holders until ownership of
such contributions is transferred to the company in full.
