1. The CMA may set restrictions on the trading of shares of joint-stock
companies that intend to be listed in the capital market.
2. The company’s articles of association may provide for restrictions on the
trading of shares, including the right of shareholders to request redemption
of shares, provided that such restrictions do not lead to a permanent ban on
the trading of shares.
