1. An unlisted joint-stock company shall prepare a special register which
includes shareholders’ names, nationalities, particulars, places of residence,
and occupations as well as the number of shares owned by each
shareholder, their serial numbers, and the amount paid of their value. The
company may outsource the preparation of the register; said register shall
be maintained in the Kingdom.
2. The company shall provide the Commercial Register with the information
referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article and any amendment thereto within
15 days from the date of the company’s registration with the Commercial
Register or from the date of the amendment, as the case may be.
