1. A partner shall owe the company the contribution he pledges.
2. If a partner fails to provide his contribution in the company’s capital within
the specified period, the company may demand that he honors his pledge,
or it may suspend the enforcement of rights related to his contribution, such
as the right to receive dividends or the right to vote in the general assembly
or on partner decisions. In all cases, the company shall have the right to seek
compensation for any damage arising therefrom.
