1. The general assembly of partners may not deliberate matters other than those included in the agenda, unless new developments requiring deliberation thereof arise during the meeting. If a partner requests the inclusion of an item in the agenda, the company’s manager shall grant such request; if the request is not granted, said partner may resort to the assembly. 2. Each partner is entitled to discuss items on the agenda of the general assembly of partners and the company’s manager must respond to the partners’ questions. If the partner is not satisfied with the response, he may resort to the assembly.
