1. Incorporation of a public non-profit company requires that its articles of
association designate the non-profit areas of spending. A private non-profit
company may designate the non-profit areas of spending in its articles of
incorporation or articles of association.
2. Subject to relevant laws, a non-profit company may collect cash or in-kind
consideration for its activities, products, and services. It may also engage in
any legitimate activity to gain profits to be used in the areas of spending
