Effectiveness of Decision Amending Articles of Association
of Public Non-Profit Company
If the decision amending the articles of association of a public non-profit
company includes amending the provisions for the disposition of assets, the
powers of the board of directors, or the company’s areas of spending, said
amendment shall not become effective until the Ministry’s approval is obtained.
