Subject to the provisions of this Law and the articles of incorporation or articles
of association of a non-profit company, membership of a non-profit company
shall terminate in the following cases:
a) Death of a natural person or termination of legal personality.
b) Assignment of the membership of a private non-profit company to a third
party.
c) Cancellation in accordance with the provisions of the company’s articles of
incorporation or articles of association.
d) Expiration of membership term without renewal.
e) Termination of the company.
