Company Register and Provision of Information to
Commercial Register
1. The information of members shall be recorded in a special register prepared
by the non-profit company for such purpose.
2. The company shall provide the Commercial Register with the information
referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article and any amendment thereto within
15 days from the date of the company’s registration with the Commercial
Register or from the date of the amendment, as the case may be.
