Applicability of Provisions Relating to Company Form
1. Absent a specific provision in this Part, a professional company shall be
subject to the provisions governing its form in a manner not inconsistent with
its nature.
Companies Law
2. A partner or shareholder in a professional company, of any form, shall not
acquire the capacity of a merchant by virtue of his partnership or ownership
of interests or shares in the company.
