Incorporation and Dissolution of Professional Companies
1. A professional company shall be incorporated in accordance with the
incorporation procedures prescribed for the form it takes.
2. Partners or shareholders in a professional company may not dissolve such
company except after the dissolution is announced and the parties dealing
with the company are notified thereof in writing, in accordance with the
procedures specified by the Regulations.
