1. A professional company may only practice the professions for which it is
incorporated.
2. A professional company may not engage in commercial activities. It may,
however, own real property assets and invest its funds in real estate,
commercial papers, or any other type of investment to serve its purposes.
The Regulations shall specify the necessary rules therefor.
