1. A professional company shall, in practicing the professions for which it is
incorporated, be subject to the supervision of the relevant supervisory
authorities.
2. A professional company shall comply with the laws and regulations set by
the relevant authorities within their powers.
3. The relevant authority may, within its powers, inspect a professional
company and review its records and documents to ensure its compliance
with the laws related to the profession for which it is incorporated. The
professional company must provide any documents required therefrom.
