Rights, Liabilities, Assets, and Contracts of Merged
Companies
All the rights, liabilities, assets, and contracts of the merged company or
companies shall, upon the effectiveness of the merger decision, be transferred
to the merging company or the company resulting from the merger. The
merging company or the company resulting from the merger shall be deemed
a successor company of the merged company or companies.
