Without prejudice to special agreements concluded between the Kingdom and
certain foreign countries or companies and to the laws applicable in the
Kingdom, the provisions of this Law shall apply to foreign companies operating
within the Kingdom, excluding the provisions relating to the incorporation of
companies.
