Request for Exemption from Provisions of this Law
If the application for the incorporation of a company wholly or partially owned
by the State or a public legal person authorized to incorporate a company
requires exemption from certain provisions of this Law, the incorporation
application and the required exemption, along with the grounds for such
exemption, shall be submitted to the Council of Ministers for approval.
