Company officers shall, each according to his competences, provide
representatives of the Ministry, or the CMA in case of a joint-stock company
listed or seeking to be listed in the capital market, access to company records
and documents requested thereby regarding the activities provided for in Article
270 of this Law, and shall provide such representatives with any relevant
Companies Law
information and clarifications.
