1. Officers assigned to detect and record the acts stipulated in Articles 260, 261, and 262 of this Law shall, pursuant to a decision by the Competent Authority, have the capacity of criminal detection officers in recording the offenses and violations provided for in this Law, and may, for such purpose, seize any records or documents they deem related to the offense or violation. 2. The Minister or the CMA Board, as the case may be, may issue rules governing the work and duties of the officers referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article, as well as rules for granting financial rewards to employees who detect the offenses and violations stipulated in this Law.
