1. The competent court shall consider and decide all civil and criminal lawsuits and disputes arising from the application of the provisions of this Law and its Regulations, and shall impose the penalties prescribed for violating the provisions thereof, with the exception of matters relating to joint-stock companies listed in the capital market. 2. With regard to joint-stock companies listed in the capital market, the Committee for Resolution of Securities Disputes shall review and decide appeals against CMA decisions and all civil and criminal lawsuits and disputes arising from the application of the provisions of this Law and its Regulations, and shall also impose the penalties prescribed for violating such provisions. The Committee shall be subject to the rules and procedures prescribed by the Capital Market Law regarding lawsuits falling within its jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of this Law.
