1. The competent judicial authority may, in addition to or in place of the penalties provided for in Articles 260 and 261 of this Law, impose any of the following penalties: a) Warning the relevant person. b) Ordering the relevant person to take the measures necessary to avoid the offense or to rectify its effects. c) Ordering the relevant person to stop or refrain from carrying out the activity subject of the lawsuit. d) Banning the relevant person from membership of the board of directors of a joint-stock company listed in the capital market. 2. The Competent Authority may, in addition to or in place of the penalties provided for in Article 262 of this Law, impose either of the penalties provided for in paragraphs 1(a and b) of this Article with regard to violations.
