1. The interests of partners may not be in the form of tradable sukuk.
2. A partner may not wholly or partly assign his interests unless such
assignment is carried out pursuant to the conditions provided for in the
company’s articles of incorporation or upon obtaining the approval of the
other partners. Any assignment agreement concluded to the contrary shall
be deemed null and void. Said assignment shall be registered with the
Commercial Register and published therein.
3. A partner may assign to other parties the financial rights associated with his
interests in the company, and the effect of such assignment shall be limited
to the parties thereto.
