1. Profits and losses and the interests of each partner therein shall be
determined at the end of the company’s fiscal year pursuant to financial
statements prepared in accordance with accounting standards approved in
the Kingdom. Upon determination of partners’ interests in the profits, each
partner shall be deemed a creditor of the company to the extent of his
interests, unless the company's articles of incorporation provide otherwise.
2. Any decrease in the company’s capital arising from losses shall be made up
from the profits of subsequent years. In any other case, a partner shall not
be obliged to make up for any decrease in his interests in the capital due to
losses without his consent.
