An electricity distribution licensee shall, according to a schedule set thereby
and approved by the Authority, carry out periodic inspections of backup power
sources to ensure they do not violate the provisions of this Law and shall, in
accordance with the regulations, maintain a register where the locations of
backup power sources and the entities responsible for maintaining are
recorded.
