1. The Minister shall issue the Implementing Regulations of this Law relating to
the Ministry’s duties within 180 days from the date this Law is published in
the Official Gazette. Said Regulations shall become effective from the date
this Law enters into force.
2. The Board shall issue the Implementing Regulations of this Law relating to
the Authority’s duties within 180 days from the date this Law is published in
the Official Gazette. Said Regulations shall become effective from the date
this Law enters into force.
