1. This Law shall enter into force 180 days following the date of its publication
in the Official Gazette.
2. This Law shall supersede the Electricity Law promulgated pursuant to Royal
Decree No. (M/56), dated 20/10/1426H, and its amendments, and shall
repeal any provisions conflicting therewith.
