1. The licensee may acquire land suitable for the project or the route to carry
out the licensed activity, or for related purposes, in accordance with the Law
of Eminent Domain and Temporary Taking of Property.
2. The licensee shall, in fulfilling his license obligations and to the extent
necessary as specified in the regulations, have the right of access for his

equipment and supplies to the point of connection of his electric network to
that of any of his clients.
3. The agencies responsible for approving parcel plans and issuing building
permits shall verify the availability of sites for transmission substations and
distribution stations and substations in new parcel plans upon their approval
and upon issuance of building permits.
4. Agencies must, in order to verify the availability of sites for transmission
substations and distribution stations and substations, coordinate with a
transmission and distribution licensee prior to the approval of any
amendment it makes within its jurisdiction to building permits in existing
parcel plans.
5. A government agency may, for the purpose of providing service to its sites,
assign electricity activity assets to the licensee, according to the rules set by
the Authority.
