1. The court shall dissolve a marriage contract upon the wife’s request if the husband fails
to provide for her or if financial support cannot be collected from him.
2. The court shall dissolve a marriage contract upon the wife’s request if the husband claims
insolvency with regard to financial support even if she is aware of such insolvency prior
to the conclusion of the marriage contract. The wife may request the dissolution of the
marriage contract take effect immediately or at a future time.
