A trustee or court-appointed guardian shall, upon completion of his task and under the
supervision of the General Commission for Guardianship over Property of Minors and those
of Similar Status, deliver to the concerned person the incompetent person’s estate and all

related accounts and documents within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date the
task is completed.
