Offer and acceptance must satisfy the following conditions:
1. The acceptance expressly meets the offer.
2. They shall be made at the same meeting, whether actually, or constructively in
accordance with relevant statutory provisions.
3. They shall be unconditional; they shall not be suspensive nor resolutory.
