1. If the deceased has no son, a sole daughter shall inherit one-half of the estate, and two
daughters or more shall inherit two-thirds of the estate.
2. If the deceased has a son, a sole daughter or more shall inherit the remainder of the
estate along with the son by ta’sib-by-others; the male shall inherit twice the share of the
female.
