Ta’sib-by-others shall include:
1. A daughter, or more, along with a son.
2. A son’s daughter, or more, along with a son’s son of the same degree or of a lower degree
if necessary for inheritance.
3. A full sister, or more, along with a full brother.
4. A consanguine sister, or more, along with a consanguine brother.
In such cases, a male shall inherit twice the share of a female.
