1. In ta’sib, precedence shall be given to kinship sides as per the order stipulated in Article 224 of this Law, followed by relatives of the same kinship side who are closer in degree to the deceased, then by relatives of the same degree who are closer in kinship to the deceased. 2. Heirs by ta’sib shall be entitled to inherit the remainder of the estate if they are of the same kinship side and of the same degree and closeness. 3. A full relative shall have precedence over a consanguine relative of the same kinship side.
